The ONLY Three Tools You Need To Create Productive Days
Productivity is your personal mastery exhibited in your daily actions.
After studying productivity and personal mastery for roughly 10 years, I found out a secret.
There are only 3 tools you need to build productive days.
These tools are:
✅ A long-term planner
✅ An intermediate planner
✅ A daily accountability form
By using the 3 tools listed above you:
✅ Structure your year around your goals
✅ Give yourself clarity on what needs to be accomplished
✅ Refine your daily actions
These tools have been invaluable in my life and the clients I have shared them with.
If you are interested in getting the same templates I use and send to my paying clients, keep reading!
I also have included video walkthroughs to support you in using them.
The 3 Tools
How to plan a productive year, week, and day:
QUARTERLY PLANNING WORKSHEET
The first concept to know is that your year is not a single monolithic component.
A year can be broken down into:
- Quarters
- Months
- Weeks
- Days
- Hours & Minutes
If you plan on accomplishing something in your year, you have to break that goal down into smaller timeframes.
Deconstructing your goal into weekly targets is key to making and maintaining progress.

WEEKLY PLANNER
You already have a lot to do.
- Client meetings
- Sales Calls
- Reading Time
- Children's commitments
- Exercise
- Journaling
- Writing
- Content Creation
And do forget you have to cook, eat, and making time for yourself.
How can you make sure you are completing the tasks that lead to your yearly goals?
With a weekly plan.
A planned week:
- Reduces stress
- Prioritizes your time and actions
- Gives clarity about daily activities
- Provides accountability for actions
Before your current week begins, take time to plan out your week.
- Assign days/times to accomplish your tasks.
- Designate when you will transition from work to life mode.
- Create weeks revolving around your most important tasks
Remember, the things that get scheduled are the things that get done.

DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY FORM
If you have utilized the tools above, you have:
- Broken down your yearly goal into weekly targets
- Schedule when your weekly goals will be completed
The last missing step is daily accountability.
Your daily accountability will help to supercharge your productivity.
This is a concept known as Pearson's Law.
"When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported back, the rate of improvement accelerates."
The "Measured and reported back" is accountability.
In your daily accountability form, you will:
1. Create high ROI targets you want to reach daily
2. Verify if you do or didn't accomplish them that day
3. If you failed to accomplish your target, find out why and how to correct this lapse tomorrow.
The process of accountability creates a daily positive iteration machine.
Each day you will either:
- Accomplish your targets (GREAT)
- Create solutions to fulfill your target tomorrow (GREAT)
Create a use your daily accountability forms to create the sustainable 1% daily wins you need to reach your goals.
